Interview with Tialyssa Lewis aka Flame Jennings

Could you tell us a bit about yourself and how you started working out?
My name is Tialyssa, I am 21 yrs. old and have been an athlete for most of my life. I started playing sports when I was in the 7th grade with track and basketball and continued from there on out. The sport I loved the most was track and field. I ran all the way up until my junior year of college including cross-country and in summer leagues. I sucked at basketball…my hand eye coordination was not good at all.

Interview with Kane Sumabat aka Timberwolf

Could you tell us a bit about yourself and how you started training?

When I was 16, some high school classmates that competed in bodybuilding motivated me even further. So altogether, I’ve been training on and off for 30 years now, but I took it to another level just after I turned 30.
